A.P.B.: Stand up to hate in New Jersey schools
Published February 12th, 2007 in APB.Dana at Mombian alerts us to an urgent battle in New Jersey, where the Evesham School District is buckling to pressure from bigoted parent groups, and eliminating the beautiful family diversity documentary “That’s a Family” from their curriculum.
If you’re local, school yourself on the issue, and show your support at the school board meeting Tuesday, Feb 13, at 8pm (see Dana’s post for the details & the map).
If you’re not local, Dana says you can still send an e-mail to school board officials.

Lesbian Dad is written by a parent who answers to the name "Baba" and works toward a world in which amor does indeed vincit omnia.

If you can’t make the meeting, or are not local, you can still send an e-mail to school-board officials.
